Established in 2004, Georgia Hall’s State of Georgia label is known for an eclectic, irresistible mix of sexiness with a vintage edge.
Hall aims to design her collections to suit every frame of mind – hence the name.
Taking on a fresh and unique approach to fashion, State of Georgia reflects Georgia Hall’s love of history and passions.

A hippie and performer at heart, Hall loved dressing up as a child, this led her to a career on the stage with dancing and acting jobs which have taken her around the world.
Hall has packed a lot into her life thus far, she has acted with Patrick Dempsey, Kirsty Alley, Poppy Montgomery and danced in advertisements, music film clips and has even played the Disney Princess Jasmine from Aladdin.
State of Georgia hit the mainstream in late 2007 when national multi retailer Sportsgirl invited Georgia to design a range for the Spring racing carnival (after impressing the Sportsgirl team with her RAFW solo show).
The “State of Georgia for Sportsgirl” program featured in top major stores across Australia.
Fast forward to 2008, and State of Georgia has become an international star gracing the backs of Christina Ricci, Paris Hilton, Nicole Kidman and Natalie Bassingthwaite.
Fabrications are more luxurious than ever, 100% silk chiffons, linens, heavy-weight and super light-weight denim all feature.
Playful trims include crochet hems, intricate beading and appliqué; cementing the vintage feel – this is one designer to watch…
