It’s beginning to look a lot like Christmas!

Have you noticed it? All the stores have trees up and ready for “Noel” on repeat. But you? You don't even know what you're wearing to work tomorrow! We get it, between the craziness of family catch-ups, buying gifts and food-prep, the last thing you want to worry about is what to wear on Christmas Day. Finding an outfit that is both parts festive and comfortable isn’t easy - and not to mention, it’s darn hot outside!

That’s where we come in. We've put together some naughty and nice looks for the holiday season - ready to go. From spending the day in your comfies, to a fancy Christmas party frock, here’s what to wear on Christmas Day (even with the obligatory paper crown).

Christmas Morning

Christmas Day Lunch

The beauty of a Christmas Day lunch, is that you usually get to chose where to have it (and who to invite). For a classier spin, book a restaurant with a fabulous view and pull out that white number you’ve been waiting to show off. Not only is it the perfect shade for the holiday season, but it goes perfectly with a glass (or bottle) of chardonnay!

Beach Picnic

Sure the Hollywood-magic of a White Christmas isn't realistic in Oz. But then again we've got beach, bbqs and bikinis. Embrace the summer heat and celebrate the spirit of Christmas with a beach picnic! Pop on a colourful bathing suit, your favourite denim shorts and some shades. Oh, and don’t forget the umbrella - it’s bound to get hot out there!

Family BBQ

Family BBQ disadvantages: being forced to spend time with your family for six plus hours. Family BBQ advantages: endless champagne and recording your cousin’s tantrum after losing a game of Monopoly. For your family bbq (and to endure the 101 questions from your narcissistic aunty), throw on a feminine wrap dress that’s not only tres chic but will also hide that expected food baby! Pair it with statement sandals and a grand hat, and you’ve got a reason to be merry!

Christmas Party

A Christmas party calls for a festive LRD (that’s Little Red Dress, btw). Not only does this Christmas colour scream glam, but it’ll match your Santa hat to a T. Pair it with sparkly earrings and some sleek heels for a look that’ll make you stand out like a Christmas star!
