But first, let me take a selfie

Or a magazine cover.

Seriously, this Elle cover pic was taken on an iPhone.

Elle Australia just changed the selfie game forever, (sorry Kim K) proving you can take cover worthy pics using just your iPhone.

The glossy mag’s June cover and editorial spread were shot by super experienced fashion photographer Georges Antoni, using nothing more than an iPhone 7. A world first for the fashion industry people. That’s HUGE.

The cover star is the one and only Margaret Zhang, the beauty and brains behind Shine By Three blog. Zhang is an influencer, photographer, writer, stylist and bona fide fashion icon. Who better to make fash history?

iPhone’s are taking over more than just the minds of emoji-addicted teens across the world, with celebs, film and media professionals choosing to swipe left on traditional tech.

It is Apple’s world and we're all just living in it. From turning us into cartoon pigs on Snapchat #TransformationTuesday, to even making short films. The movie Tangerine, was shot entirely on an iPhone and made its Sundance debut in 2015.

Mobile Journalism (MOJO) is now even being taught as a subject at unis across Australia. And now they’re snapping into the world of fashion photography.

Shot in portrait mode during sunset at Bondi Beach, the Elle cover will put your Instagram aesthetic to shame while giving you some serious selfie goals.

Zhang is the picture of cool-girl chic rocking a blush v-neck knit and black pinafore with her beachy blonde locks flowing effortlessly. However this innovative influencers rise to fame is  anything but effortless.

Working harder than a Rhianna song, Zhang’s skills in styling, photography and creative directing have seen her chased by world's elite such as Louis Vuitton, Harper’s BAZAAR, and of course the mac daddy of street style, Yeezy himself.

Reinventing the wheel of digital influencing and blogging, Zhang doesn't get paid for Instagram or blog posts nor does she do sponsored content. This has not stopped this Aussie babe from racking up over 800,000 followers on social media through her genuine talent, skills and hard work.

Where do we sign up for iPhone photography classes?
