It’s Fashion Week people. Get. Excited. With all the fabulous folk hitting the front row (like Erin Holland at the Zhivago show) and all the ah-mazing looks strutting the runway, we can’t even.

OK, so it’s only just hitting winter on the weather dial, but srsly, who cares when Dion Lee is bringing it with floaty asymmetrical cuts, bold colours, structured staples and the Sydney Opera House as his catwalk backdrop. And that was just the first day! #winning

It was all about the feathers at oh-so beautiful Alice McCall. Skin-tones, sheer touches and beading added a soft touch and major cred amongst some stellar black notes. Long, sleek hair complimented each look for an A+ show.

Double Rainbouu bought ALL the colours of the rainbow to their Resort Collection, with a great big side of FUN and plenty for the guys, too! Beach season covered. We’ll take one of errythang!

We’d get married just to wear a Steven Khalil number for the day! Designs included sheer touches, sequinned notes, and white feathers and lace for days. The collection went beyond the white with next level texture and colour combos, and a hint of mauve for all the lovers.

Oh hello Zhivago! Space-inspired cuts, metallics and bold shoulders reigned on this catwalk. It was dark people. Broody. Almost-black lips were the perf finishing touch for outta this world runway vibes. #emolove Take a bow...

For one week in May, the fash world looks to Australia for our style inspo and with Sass & Bide back on the runway (first time in like, years!) there’s a lot to like.

The ladies have gone back to their roots, stepping away from the every day to glitz it up. Think floaty ruffles and shimmer, combined with their signature hardwear like only Sass & Bide know how to do. Braids with deli loops linked (geddit?) back to the chain-esq touches. Sign us up!
