Why is the same item displaying at different prices, and different available sizes?

Think of it like a sushi train. All the tasty morsels are on display, you just have to find your favourite. Because we have hundreds of boutiques here at ARCHFASHION, each of them have different prices, sizes and shipping options, so the item will appear in separate listings. This offers you the widest range of size and shipping options, making it more likely you will get it before it’s sold out. Simply compare the listings, and choose the one that is best for you.

Has my order shipped yet? I didn’t receive a shipping confirmation.

You’ll know your order has shipped when you receive your shipping confirmation email. You can also check the status of your order by logging in to your ARCHFASHION account and clicking on Purchases.

How can I view the status of my order?

To keep an eye on your goodies or to view the full details of your purchase, simply:

  1. Sign in to your ARCHFASHION account here with the email address you used to place your order.
  2. Head to Purchases and view your orders’ Status.


How do I cancel my order?

If your order hasn’t yet shipped, please contact the boutique you ordered from immediately with your request. Fine print: cancellations are subject to the boutique’s policy and conditions.


How do I change my order?

If your order hasn’t yet shipped, get on the blower to the boutique you ordered from immediately with your request so they can make the magic happen.


How do I change my contact details on my order?

If your order hasn’t yet shipped, please contact the boutique you ordered from immediately with your request.


My order has been shipped, but has not arrived OR been returned to sender.

This means your goodies are on their way to you. To find out where your parcel is, please click on the tracking link provided at the bottom of your shipping confirmation email. If you run into any trouble, or the tracking details show that your parcel has been returned to sender, please contact the boutique you ordered from so they can chase it up for you.


Can you send out my order ASAP?

For sure. Our boutiques aim to ship out all orders as quickly as possible. If you need your order to be delivered right away, send us an email to notify us and we’ll get on it on the double.


The item I received is faulty / not what I ordered. What do I do?

Aw, dang! Our boutiques do their best to check that all orders they send out are correct, and in perfect condition. If your order has slipped through with a fault, or is the not item you ordered, please contact the boutique you ordered from as soon as you can so they can set things right.

How do I purchase an item from ARCHFASHION?

The internet, it’s a beautiful thing: purchase online in the click of a mouse. Once you’ve found the item you want, simply select your colour and/or size, then follow the prompts to the checkout. Then all you’ll need to do is enter your details and payment info, then submit. Ta-dah!


What payment methods do you accept?

  3. Some of our boutiques offer PayPal at checkout


Is it secure? How do I know it’s safe to enter my credit card details and contact details?

It sure is secure! Transactions on our site are made using SSL.

What in the heck does that mean, you ask? Good question. SSL stands for Secure Sockets Layer. This is a fancy word for a technology that ensures a secure connection by transmitting information confidentially.


Do you price match?

Nope. But with good reason: all prices are fixed at the lowest rate that our boutiques currently offer.


Do you have any sales, promos, or coupon codes?

All items that are currently reduced or discounted can be found in our Sale section. If you’re a lucky duck and have a coupon code, simply enter it at checkout to redeem your discount or credit.


Will this item be reduced in future?

Price reductions are not planned ahead of time. Keep an eye on an item or add it to your wishlist to see if it goes on sale. Careful though, be sure you get it before it sells out.


Do you layby or hold items?

We want to ensure all orders are shipped to you right away once you’ve purchased, so we do not hold items or offer laybys.


Can you mark my item as a gift to avoid international taxes?

All of our shipments comply with regulations and requirements, and may be subject to international fees or taxes which are out of our hands.

We stock over 1000 labels, each with their own measurements, size recommendations and conversions. All sizes are listed in Australian sizing, unless otherwise specified. For specific size enquiries, please contact us.

I saw an item, but now I can’t find it. Is it still in stock?

That item might still be in stock on our site. Simply type in the brand and style name into the search bar to see if it is still in stock. Or shop by category or label to find your item.


I want an item that is sold out. Will you get any more?

Missed out on the one you loved? We do not know which items will be restocked ahead of time. Keep an eye out in case it comes back for you. Or, simply click on out Find It For Me service and we will do the legwork for you.

Bummer. Missing sizes are not a technical issue, it simply means that size is not currently in stock. But all it not lost: we have service called Find It For Me so if it’s out there, we can find it for you.

How long does delivery take?

Why don’t you combine shipping?

Our boutiques are located in various places across Australia. Your orders are shipped out directly from boutiques, so shipping is only combined when purchasing items from the same boutique.


Can I pick up from store instead of delivery?

Our boutiques are located in various places across Australia. Each boutique offers a different range of items and labels, so in most cases, store pick up is not possible.


Do you ship internationally?

We sure do! View all expected times of delivery and shipping costs at checkout, or by clicking Our full shipping and returns policy on any product page.


Where is my tracking number?

Your tracking number can be found at the bottom of your shipping confirmation email.


My tracking number is ‘invalid’.

Tracking details can sometimes take 1-2 business days to be updated by postal services.

Please contact the boutique you purchased from to chase up an invalid tracking number. Here’s how:

  1. Sign in to your ARCHFASHION account here with the email address you used to place your order
  2. Head to Purchases
  3. Find your order, and click the More button
  4. Click the Actions menu
  5. Select Contact Boutique


My tracking number is ‘untrackable’.

Australia Post advises some international packages may not be "trackable" until they reach your shore. Your tracking number is not invalid, but they may not have yet have updated the tracking info for your parcel.

What is your returns policy? Do you offer full refunds?

ARCHFASHION brings you the widest range of fashion from hundreds of Australia’s best boutiques, in one location.

Each boutique is different, and offers their own returns policy, including returns options and timeframes.

How do I return an item?

Returns are processed by the boutique you purchased from. Request a return by contacting the boutique directly, using these instructions:

  2. Head to Purchases
  3. Find your order, and click the More button
  4. Click the Actions menu
  5. Select Contact Boutique


How long do refunds take to appear in account?

Refunds should appear in your account in 1-3 business days.


I have not received my refund yet.

Once you receive a refund confirmation email from us, this means the refund has finalised processing on our end, and is on its way to you now!

If you have double checked and the refund still has not appeared after 3 business days, feel free to contact your financial institution to see why it has been delayed on their side.


International Transactions

All transactions are calculated and processed in Australian Dollars (AUD$). No responsibility is accepted for credit card currency exchange charges or rate fluctuations which occur between transactions.

Will I be charged import duties for my order?

Some international orders may incur import duties and taxes once the parcel reaches it's destination port. These charges are out of our hands and will be collected from you upon delivery by the carrier company. If you wish to determine what these additional costs are, it's best to contact your country's custom office prior to purchasing.
