All orders are sent Express by Australia Post.
Your tracking number will be emailed to you within 1 business day on completion of order.
All orders for metropolitan areas should be received within 1-2 business days.
Regional/Interstate orders should be received within 2-3 business days from date of purchase.
All parcels must be signed for on delivery.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY 

unionsundown delivers internationally by Registered Post International via Australia Post
Allow 3-10 business days for delivery.
Any items shipped internationally may be subject to import duties & taxes applicable to your country. unionsundown has no control over these charges and accepts no responsibility for additional charges.
Contact your local customs office for further information. 

Please note:
We do not accept returns on international orders unless faulty.
Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving the order and must be tracked at your cost

PURCHASE GUARANTEE

As online sales can be made out of business hours, updates may not have been made. If by chance the item you purchased is no longer available a full refund will be given immediately. We apologise in advance for any inconvenience caused. 

RETURN POLICY 

We ensure a high level of quality in the items you purchase from us and all items are thoroughly inspected before delivery.  Refunds will only be given when the item is faulty.

We will provide a credit or exchange for full priced items providing always that:
- The goods are in a saleable condition with original tags attached
- The goods have not been worn, damaged or washed
- The goods are returned within 7 days from purchase date
- The original invoice is provided as proof of purchase 

A refund will be given at our discretion for goods that:
- Are faulty (unless caused by you)
- Have been wrongly described
- Are different to the goods that you ordered 

All returns must be received by us within 7 days of purchase to be eligible for exchange or refund. Returns after this period will not be accepted. Any refunds will not include delivery or shipping charges

HOW TO RETURN/EXCHANGE
