Do you offer free shipping?
Shipping is free for all Australian orders over $ 50.00 and they are sent by Express Post or Toll Priority, depending on the time of your order.
How long will my order take to reach me?
If you place your order before 2pm and you live in a Capital City or its Suburbs you should receive your parcel the following morning. For more remote or outlying areas it may take a day longer. For International orders please allow 5 to 10 working days depending on your country.
Do I have to be home or sign for my parcel when it arrives?
Australia Post will try to leave your order in the letterbox, if it doesn't fit they will leave it in a safe place near your front door, a signiture is not required. If you are not home Toll Ipec will leave your parcel in a safe place near your front door, a signature is not required .
How can I track my order?
All domestic orders are fully trackable by using the tracking number and link provided in your confirmation of shipping email.
What happens if my order is out of stock ?
We update the product availability on our website regularly but sometimes another customer may purchase a product at the same time as you, so the item may be temporarily out of stock. If so and if the product can be re-ordered we will contact you regarding the longer delivery timeframe and give you the choice of waiting or an immediate refund. If the product cannot be re-ordered we will give you the option of an immediate refund or an online credit voucher to use with your next order.
We send our International orders by Australia Post Registered Air or Pack and Track. Orders sent to New Zealand, The United States and The United Kingdom are fully trackable, all other areas can be tracked using the tracking number provided through the relevant Postal Service once your order arrives in your country. Please allow 5 to 10 days for delivery.
If your order has not arrived in a reasonable amount of time please contact us to address the issue.

International Airmail to New Zealand is $ 15.00.
International Airmail to Canada is $ 25.00.
International Airmail to USA is $ 35.00.
International Airmail to the rest of the world is $ 35.00.
Refund and Returns Policy
If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase from Enhance U simply return your order within 30 days for a full refund or exchange if prefered - no questions asked, providing that the following conditions are met.
Full priced items
Full priced items may be returned for a full refund, online credit voucher or exchange (providing we still have the required size in stock).
Sale items may be returned for a full refund, online credit voucher or exchange (providing we still have the required size in stock).
Clearance items will not be refunded or returned to Enhance U for any reason whatsoever.
Damaged or faulty items
If your order is damaged or faulty we will send you a " No Charge" replacement (providing we still have that item in stock), freight free, complete with a prepaid and addressed Australia Post satchel for your return. We will still have to assess your item. If we are unable to provide a replacement then we will offer a full refund.
Taking care with your purchase
On receipt of your item, try it on as soon as possible. Please try on garments gently, clothing can be easily damaged so be please be careful trying it on and taking it off. Clothing with rips, tears or marks will not be accepted for return.
Please try on shoes on a carpeted surface prior to wearing to ensure no damage occurs to the soles. Shoes showing signs of wear, or with a missing or damaged box, will not be accepted for return.
Enhance U does not sell used products. Your items must be returned in new and unused condition with all tags attached. If your item shows any evidence of wear (includes, but is not limited to, strong perfume or cigarette smells, rips, tears, stains, bent or damaged product tags) it will be returned to you and your refund voided. Please take care to protect your return when posting.
Who pays for my return ?
We are unable to offer a free service so these must be returned at your own cost unless your item is damaged or faulty.
How and when do I receive my refund ?
We normally process your refund as soon as we have received and inspected your return. Unless otherwise instructed, your refund will be placed into the account you used to pay for your order initially.
Where do I send my return ?
Simply email us with the reason for your return and send your purchase back to Enhance U Returns, Shop 9, Merimbula Plaza, Merimbula, NSW, Australia, 2548. If you are returning the item for a replacement please include a Prepaid Australia Post satchel complete with your address details with your return.
