All Australian domestic orders are shipped via Australia Post Express Post FREE of charge:
- Orders outside Australia attract a varying postage cost dependant on the size and/or weight of the parcel. Please await an email outlining costs after placing your order.
All orders are shipped by Australia Post Express Post..
- Orders made before 3pm AWST (5pm EST) will be shipped Australia Post Express Post on the same day or next business day on weekends and public holidays.
- Orders made after 3pm AWST (5pm EST) will be shipped the following business day.
- Orders are only shipped once funds are fully cleared (e-cheques and bank transfers may take 3 business days to clear).
- All our orders are shipped free of charge.
- All orders are shipped with Austrlia Post Express Post. Orders to certain post codes (Capital City CBD's) are next day delivered, most others are 2-3 days delivery.
- We ship to all parts of Australia, New Zealand, United States of America and the United Kingdom. Please contact us for shipping prices and details on orders outside of Australia.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the goods for a credit note/refund for the value of the item(s). Upon completion of your return, a credit note or refund will be issued within 24 hours.
The below conditions apply:
- There is a 10 day limit from time of purchase. Goods must be returned within 10 days of placing the order. We strongly suggest contacting us immediately when completing a return.
- The item(s) must be returned in good condition and MUST NOT have been worn or used. All swing tags MUST still be attached.
- We reserve the right to refuse a return if we believe the item(s) have been mistreated, worn or used.

BloomsBoutique.com.au and the staff of Blooms of East Fremantle take great care when choosing the garments which are available for purchase, to ensure you are choosing only product of exceptional quality and value.
Upon receiving your purchase, we advise you to try your garment/s on immediately to ensure that you have selected the correct size and that all items have been delivered as described. If for some reason you are not completely satisfied with your online selection, we are pleased to offer the following return policy:
If you receive an item that does not fit, returns and exchanges on full priced items (excluding jewellery) will be accepted within 10 days of the date of purchase, that have not been worn, altered or washed, and with all tags and labelling still attached.
Postage will not be refunded on full priced items that are returned. Postage fees are the customer's responsibility on any items that are exchanged.
Under no circumstances are refunds granted on sale items. Returns and exchanges are not accepted on jewellery items.
Blooms Boutique offers a refund if you are not satisfied after receiving your items. A credit note, exchange or full refund will be issued upon receiving any returned items provided the items are of saleable quality and remain in a brand new condition i.e. have not been worn, altered or washed, and with all tags and labelling still attached.
Returns must be completed within 10 days of purchase. Please contact us immediately should you wish to complete a return.
Credit notes are valid for 12 months from the date of issue and can be used to purchase any item from our online boutique, as well as our physical store. In the instance of a credit note, you will be issued with a credit note number. If you believe you have received a faulty item, please contact us immediately for assistance using our online support, email or telephone us.
Please Note: It is at the manufacturer's discretion to determine if an item is faulty (which may take some time as the item will have to be returned to the manufacturer for examination). In this instance, you may receive a repair or replacement complimentary. If a repair or replacement is not possible, then you will receive a full refund.
Blooms Boutique reserves the right to refuse any returned item we believe is not of saleable quality and/or has been worn, altered or washed. Extra shipping and handling charges to return the item to the customer will remain the responsibility of the customer and no exchange or credit note will be issued.
ANY CLAIM MUST BE MADE WITHIN 10 DAYS OF THE DATE OF PURCHASE IN ORDER TO BE ELIGIBLE
If you wish to return/exchange an item, contact us via our online support, e-mail or telephone within 10 days of your purchase. All items being returned should be packaged well and sent via registered post.
