Bellamay was created in a little boutique in Camberwell, Melbourne, Australia called Esse Boutique.

Having worked with some of the best Australian labels and many overseas labels for the last 12 years, the girls at Bellamay decided to create our own special style.

After years of listening to our customers, who ranged from mothers to business women, Bellamay was founded in 2004.

We focused Bellamay on what we were hearing from our customers – we want sleeves, we want to wear a bra, we want to look stylish but not like a teenager, we want elegance and we don’t want to see our dress everywhere.

After years of selling Bellamay successfully and exclusively in our Camberwell store, we decided to take the label global.

Bellamay is a label that gives women over 30, a stylish, affordable and feminine look, that can go from day to night.
Specialising in wrap dresses, our focus is on fashion that flatters, while being as individual as the woman wearing it.
We believe that every woman deserves to feel special. Bellamay steers away from mass produced garments – we only ever make a small number of our printed dresses. Women of all shapes and sizes look great in our dresses. Each of our printed fabrics are unique and focus on making you the centre of attention.
