We understand you want your purchase at the absolute earliest!  We will do our best to get it to you as soon as possible – we are committed to you receiving your purchase quickly, safely and in good order and condition.

Domestic:

Behind the Monkey uses Australian Express Post within Australia (1-2 days from shipping). If address is unattended, notification to be picked up at post office will be delivered.

Domestic shipping charges:
$15 shipping on orders UNDER $150
FREE shipping on orders OVER $150

International:

We use either Australian International Registered Post or Pack and Track International for all international orders as per the below fee breakdown:

New Zealand - $20
United States, Canada, Thailand, UAE - $25
Rest of World - $30

Shipping Times

We endeavor to send your purchase within 48 hours of receiving your order (please note exceptions of public holidays and weekends apply and goods will be shipped the following business day).

We will forward you an email with details of your shipping, tracking advice, tracking number and estimated delivery timeframe.  Any concerns regarding delivery can be addressed directly with the carrier quoting the reference number.

Shipping & Delivery Procedures

Goods are inspected carefully and packaged properly before sending to ensure they arrive to you in perfect condition.

Delivery will require a signature on receipt so please ensure the address you supply is suitable for this purpose.

The courier will leave a card if they are unsuccessful in obtaining a signature and the parcel can be picked up from their agent/office.  Goods not picked up in the requested timeframe will be returned to our store and further delivery attempts will be charged to you at our cost.
